Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer for a remote, nationwide role in the United States. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and applications using SQL, Databricks, and Power Platform.

Work with stakeholders to modernize data platforms, support AI/ML initiatives, and deliver high-quality insights in a healthcare environment. Strong communication and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL experience with complex queries across multiple sources.
• 2+ years of Databricks data engineering, pipelines and workflows.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI (Desktop/Report Builder).
• Experience building apps with PowerApps and workflow automations with Power Automate.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent work skills.
• Preferred: advanced degree; Python/PySpark; AI/ML exposure in Databricks.
• Healthcare data experience and data modernization exposure are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance data pipelines and dashboards for reliable access to business information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
• Research source systems, data definitions, ownership, and lineage.
• Write complex SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and paginated reports.
• Develop and support PowerApps applications to improve workflows.
• Build Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting processes.
• Develop data engineering solutions in Databricks and automate pipelines.
• Support AI/ML initiatives, including scalable analytics on structured and unstructured data.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and scalability.
