Lighthouse is seeking a senior analytics engineer who can design robust data models across our commercial and financial domains—modeling deals, accounts, regions, products, and expansion opportunities to give go-to-market teams a single trustworthy view.

You will own delivery end-to-end from requirements through implementation and documentation, collaborating closely with sales operations, commercial systems, finance, and analytics stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or a closely related role.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on data modeling.
• Practical experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Basic Python scripting or ability to review AI-assisted scripts.
• Understanding of agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or conversational analytics.
• You can support colleagues across teams without formal management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build trusted data models across Lighthouse's commercial and financial domains.
• Own delivery end-to-end from requirements through implementation and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales operations, commercial systems, finance, and analytics.
• Support revenue, retention, and churn analysis.
• Apply responsible AI in coding, solution design, and problem solving.
• Build reliable data foundations for advanced analytics and AI-enabled products.
