Job summary

DT Professional Services in Norco, CA, is seeking a Management Analyst to support command business operations through data analysis, BI reporting, and process automation. You will develop reporting solutions, improve processes, and deliver actionable data to leadership.

You will design Power BI data models and dashboards, automate workflows with Power Automate, and build advanced Tableau visualizations to support performance reporting and decision-making. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or BI.
• Experience with Power BI data modeling and dashboards.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze workload, execution, and performance data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to improve processes.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations for analytics and reporting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to support BI requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
• Coordinate data calls, validate submissions, and prepare information for leadership review.
• Support DoD-related programs, corporate investments, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports communicating analytical findings.
• Support ERP activities including user mapping, access/profile maintenance, HEAT tickets, and business rules maintenance.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, data repositories, and program records.
• Develop SOPs, policies, and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting and process improvements.
