UnitedHealth Group is a global health care leader seeking a Business Analysis Consultant for the CCM Reporting & Analytics team. The role drives insights, forecasting, and automated reporting across health plans.

You will partner with business, operations, finance, and IT to deliver scalable dashboards in Power BI, apply Generative AI to optimize processes, and mentor teammates through analytics transformations.

Formación

• 5+ years of directly applicable analytics, reporting, or BI experience.
• 3+ years Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, DAX.
• 3+ years with SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake or equivalent.
• 3+ years delivering complex reporting with data quality and governance.
• 3+ years of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage stakeholders, mentor teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex analyses.
• Experience with Generative AI tools to drive innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse operational and financial performance including forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and self-service analytics in Power BI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and performance.
• Leverage Generative AI to improve productivity and analytics outcomes.
• Lead multiple projects with scalable deliverables and governance alignment.
• Mentor teammates and support enterprise analytics transformation.
