Job summary

You’ll work under a Reporting Architect, mentor teammates, and help deliver standardized, secure, and high-quality reports while aligning with governance and modernization standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics or related tech delivery.
• 4+ years documenting requirements, mappings, and business rules for reporting.
• 4+ years testing, validation, UAT support, and production support.
• 3+ years collaborating with stakeholders on cross-functional reporting work.
• 3+ years modernization/migration of legacy reports and platforms.
• 3+ years Power BI including DAX and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy reporting assets to modern platforms under architectural guidance.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, paginated reports, SSRS, and SQL Server reports.
• Document requirements, mappings, data definitions, and business rules with stakeholders.
• Apply data governance, report design, data modeling, performance, and secure delivery standards.
• Validate reports through testing, QA, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor teammates with reporting best practices and modernization standards.
