Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, TPA, or consulting.
• Knowledgeable of healthcare cost and quality topics and industry trends.
• Office 365 applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; virtual presentation experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support complex employer groups within National Markets, regionally.
• Serve as primary contact and project manager for assigned clients.
• Create client-specific insights and content for engagements with Regional Strategist assistance.
• Distill data into compelling, actionable insights and tell a story.
• Present portions of client engagements as needed (internal/external).
• Navigate data, tools, and resources to tell cohesive stories with actionable insights.
