ConnectiveRx is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant I in Whippany, NJ to lead complex analytics projects and provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams. You will mentor junior staff while delivering actionable insights from data.

You will manage multiple projects, develop executive-level dashboards, and interact with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and growth of the analytics practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.
• Lead presentations and discussions with clients and business leaders, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and priorities, and resolve issues.
• Mentor junior and intermediate team members with advanced training and collaboration.
• Contribute to data strategy discussions and development of key performance metrics.
