You will partner with stakeholders and technology teams to drive data-driven outcomes, coordinate change and releases, and ensure projects meet standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis or related role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Jira for requirements management.
• Hands-on software testing experience.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and specifications.
• Knowledge of change management and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and processes to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Create and maintain user stories, BRs, and functional specs.
• Coordinate testing: test planning, execution, and defects tracking.
• Execute testing to support project timelines and releases.
• Create and manage change records in ServiceNow and release docs.
• Coordinate releases for production deployments.
• Lead meetings and workshops to address requests and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Monitor production issues and identify root causes.
• Ensure deliverables align with standards and best practices.
