Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Consultative Analyst to drive quantitative analysis for a major carrier client. You will develop scorecards, deliver monthly executive insights, and collaborate with Client Services and Claims Operations.

Strong SQL, Excel, and presentation skills are essential. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, streamline reporting, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, data science, engineering, or economics.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data science, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to analyze and convert complex data into insights.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate analyses and reports for senior and executive audiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and outcomes across GB’s operations.
• Package insights into polished presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial impact of pilots and initiatives.
• Oversee build-out of tools to track outcomes.
