Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to guide account teams and clients using financial decision tools. You will speak on behalf of the Financial & Actuarial Consulting team and influence core services across monthly and annual reporting, funding levels, and rate negotiations.

You will train colleagues, handle complex data, and ensure high-quality client deliverables while staying current with local market trends and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years within employee benefits field in underwriting capacity.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Math or Finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and present reports on client financial status and funding levels to Account Management and clients.
• Train subordinates and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Analyze carrier data and provide recommendations to negotiate rates and funding.
• Prepare and consult on client deliverables within Financial Benefits Consulting scope.
• Manage complex underwriting problems and stay updated on local market conditions.
