Job summary

Chicago Atlantic is seeking a Senior Associate, Analytics to drive data‑driven decision making across the firm. You will develop data acquisition methods, build pipelines, and create QlikSense dashboards to visualize performance for executives and teams.

You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver accurate analytics, forecasting models, and KPI reporting that enable value creation and informed strategy across private credit and equity activities.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• - 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or financial analysis.
• - Full‑stack proficiency in Qlik.
• - Proficiency in Excel.
• - Experience applying quantitative and statistical methods to business problems.
• - Ability to communicate technical analysis clearly to senior management.
• - Strong financial and accounting acumen, with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• - Aggregate, organize, and transform data from multiple platforms to improve model accuracy and reporting.
• - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transform layers for data integrity.
• - Develop and maintain QlikSense dashboards and reports for performance insights.
• - Build and calibrate business and forecasting models for planning and decisions.
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytics add value and KPI focus.
• - Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• - Align analytics outputs with business priorities and cross‑team processes.
