Blue Ops Partners is seeking a Senior/Manager Analytics to lead client engagements end-to-end, mentor analytics teams, and translate complex data into actionable insights for private equity and investment banking clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5-8+ years in analytics or consulting, deep SQL, Python/R, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake). Travel up to 10% is expected; Chicago-based with hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate B.S. degree.
• 5-8+ years of relevant analytics/consulting experience.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik).
• Strong SQL; Python/R scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
• Strong consulting background with client workshops and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
