Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks an enterprise Principal Analytics Consultant to lead Power BI and AI-enabled analytics development, shaping the dashboard lifecycle and adopting Gen AI to boost productivity. You will set enterprise standards, governance, and scalable operating models for enterprise-wide analytics, partnering with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care services, statistics, or related field.
Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics.
PhD with 4+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance economics.
12+ years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or related field.
Strong proficiency querying diverse data sources for insights.
Proficient in SQL, Python, and R.

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end dashboard and analytics development lifecycle.
Establish enterprise standards, governance, and processes for dashboard design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Own the lifecycle of the MEE Data Agent platform, including adoption and governance.
Embed Gen AI capabilities into analytics workflows and enable self-service analytics.
