Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant to drive enterprise BI standards and governance. You will own the Data Agent lifecycle, enable AI-assisted analytics, and collaborate across business, analytics, product, and technology teams to scale analytics capabilities.

You will lead the design of dashboards and analytic workflows, leveraging Power BI and modern BI practices while delivering high-quality insights for executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with substantial analytics experience in health care or insurance.
• Strong querying across internal/external data sources to derive insights.
• Experience delivering dynamic dashboards with visual storytelling in BI tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive decisions with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end dashboard and analytics lifecycle with governance.
• Lead adoption of Generative AI to accelerate analytics delivery and reusability.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, product, and tech teams to scale analytics capabilities.
• Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines for senior leadership.
