Job summary
InterSystems in Boston is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analytics, reporting and optimization for Managed Services. You will own the strategy and delivery of service level dashboards in Power BI and architect an AI-augmented metrics service on InterSystems IRIS.
The role demands senior technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on data quality, governance, and performance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in analytics, BI, or managed services with leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced Power BI experience with semantic models and governance.
- Hands-on IRIS/IRIS for Health experience incl. SQL and ObjectScript.
- Proven ability to lead complex data investigations and drive improvements.
- Experience applying AI/ML to analytics with operational controls.
- Bachelor's or master's in a technical field.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics roadmap, KPI framework and reporting backlog across Managed Services.
- Architect and govern Power BI dashboards for SLA attainment and performance.
- Define metric definitions, data ownership, refresh and reconciliation controls.
- Lead automation of recurring reporting and reduce manual prep time.
- Drive adoption of dashboards and governance amongst leaders and users.
- Lead AI-augmented metrics service on InterSystems IRIS for integrated data.
- Deliver production-ready AI capabilities with measurable value.
- Provide technical leadership for IRIS data models, SQL and APIs.
- Mentor analysts and engineers on metric design, data validation and performance.
- Translate complex data into decisions and investment priorities for leadership.
