Job summary
InterSystems is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead analytics, reporting and technical optimization for Managed Services. You will own KPI dashboards in Power BI and architect an AI-augmented metrics service on InterSystems IRIS, providing senior-level development and tuning expertise for managed offerings.
The Senior Analyst will independently lead cross-functional initiatives, establish standards, influence service design and serve as the escalation point for analytics,
Qualifications
- 8+ years in analytics, BI, application support or managed services with leadership.
- Advanced Power BI capabilities and governance for executive dashboards.
- Hands-on InterSystems IRIS/IRIS for Health experience with SQL and ObjectScript.
- Lead complex analytics investigations and translate findings into improvements.
- Define enterprise KPIs, data governance and communicate operational insights.
- Experience applying AI to analytics with validation and controls.
- Healthcare IT or cloud operations experience preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics roadmap, KPI framework and reporting backlog for Managed Services.
- Architect and govern Power BI dashboards covering SLA, availability and performance.
- Define data sources, thresholds, security and reconciliation controls.
- Lead automation of recurring reporting and reduce prep time substantially.
- Drive dashboard adoption and enable stakeholders across leaders and users.
- Develop an AI-augmented metrics service on IRIS consolidating diverse data.
- Deliver AI capabilities with validation and measurable operational value.
- Define predictive indicators and incident response procedures.
- Provide technical leadership for IRIS data models, SQL and ObjectScript.
- Mentor analysts/engineers on metric design, IRIS analytics and performance.
- Represent Managed Services in senior discussions and investment decisions.
