The role balances strategic planning with 50% practical, lab-based work to ensure timely, compliant data for process development and manufacturing investigations. You will supervise and mentor staff, manage test planning, and oversee method lifecycle activities while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and project

Qualifications

BSc in biological science required; MSc/PhD preferred.
Minimum 8 years in analytical sciences, GMP environment advantageous.
Experience with analytical method lifecycle and regulatory support.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership for the Analytical Services team.
Lead planning and prioritization of analytical testing with resources in mind.
Review and approve analytical data and reports.
Mentor and develop Analytical Services personnel.
Oversee method development, transfer, and troubleshooting.
