Job summary

Replimune Group, Inc. is seeking an Analyst I for on-site work in Framingham.

The role supports routine analytical testing for process development and product characterization, with day-to-day lab operations and cross-functional collaboration across Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing. The candidate should have a Biological Sciences background, strong organization, and the ability to work both independently and in a small team within an on-site lab

• Biological sciences background and exam-ready lab skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Good time management and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and calibrate equipment; coordinate maintenance.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, samples for analysis.
• Perform analytical testing using SOPs.
• Execute ELISA, HPLC, cell-based assays as required.
• Record and report data in notebooks and electronic systems.
• Review data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and keep the lab ready for inspections.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Process Development, Quality Control, and Manufacturing.
