Job summary

Replimune seeks an Analyst I to perform routine analytical testing in support of process development and product characterization. This role supports method qualification, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations in the Framingham lab, with a typical 5-day on-site expectation.

You will prepare reagents, perform SOP-based analyses, and record data while collaborating with Analytical Development, QC, and Manufacturing. Training and continuous improvement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• BSc in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in small teams.
• Good IT skills with common software tools.
• On-site work at Framingham location.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and equipment maintenance; calibrations and upkeep.
• Prepare reagents, standards, buffers, and samples for analysis.
• Perform testing using SOPs and established methods.
• Execute ELISA, HPLC, cell-based assays and related techniques.
• Record, analyze, and report data in notebooks and systems.
• Review data for accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement to lab efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, inspection-ready lab environment.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development, Process Development, QC, and Manufacturing.
• Train team members in equipment use and maintenance.
