Replimune in Framingham, MA is seeking an Associate Director, Analytical Services to provide strategic leadership for the Analytical Services laboratory while maintaining hands-on technical contributions. The role ensures timely, compliant analytical data delivery to support process development, method lifecycle management, and manufacturing investigations.

You will lead a small team, coach staff, balance 50% lab work with leadership duties, and collaborate across functions to align project

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in analytical sciences, GMP environment preferred.
• Experience supporting product development, tech transfer, regulatory submissions.
• Knowledge of method development, qualification, validation, transfer, lifecycle management.
• Regulatory requirements understanding and GMP testing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency in data processing and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for the Analytical Services team.
• Lead analytical method development and lifecycle activities.
• Plan and prioritize analytical testing with resources.
• Oversee method transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Review and approve analytical data and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align timelines.
• Drive laboratory efficiency and right first-time performance.
• Coach and develop Analytical Services staff; manage training and performance.
