Job summary
Dexcom in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior Scientist with expertise in analytical method development, validation, transfer, and QC instrument maintenance to drive method validation and transfer across Dexcom sites. You will lead cross-functional teams and apply DoE & statistics to support evidence-based decisions while collaborating on material design, selection, and qualification.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with analytical method development, validation, verification, and transfer.
- Experience supporting R&D, product development and QA in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of QC documentation practices and instrument readiness for QC use.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical efforts to ensure method validation to meet commercial requirements.
- Drive method transfer across Dexcom’s sites with transfer strategies and protocols.
- Act as QC testing technical lead to ensure material quality under Dexcom QMS.
