Dexcom Inc. seeks a Senior Scientist to lead analytical method development, validation, transfer and QC instrument maintenance for polymeric materials.

You will act as SME in cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decisions to support R&D, product development, and quality assurance. The role requires hands-on use of GPC-MALS, DLS, FTIR, viscometry, Instron, LC-MS and HPLC, with a focus on transferring methods from R&D to QC/manufacturing.

Formación

• Hands-on expertise with analytical instrumentation used for polymers and biomaterials.
• Experience in method validation, verification, and transfer in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of QC documentation practices and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytical method development, validation, transfer and QC instrument maintenance.
• Serve as SME in cross-functional teams and drive technical decisions on analytical matters.
• Apply DOE and statistics to drive evidence-based conclusions; author reports and protocols; present results.
• Collaborate with material design, selection, qualification, and raw material sourcing teams.
• Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with EHS regulations.
