Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to lead analytical method development, validation, and method transfer across sites, supporting R&D, product development, and quality assurance for polymeric materials.

The successful candidate will function as a SME in cross-functional teams, drive evidence-based decisions using DOE and statistics, and ensure regulatory compliance and robust QC documentation within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Experience validating and transferring analytical methods in regulated settings.
• Proven ability to lead QC testing and material qualification activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in cross-functional teams on analytical solutions.
• Lead QC testing to meet material QC requirements under QMS.
• Apply DOE and statistics to support evidence-based decisions and reporting.
• Collaborate on material design, selection, and qualification processes.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper waste disposal.
