Job summary

Asimov, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead Analytical Sciences, directing development of methods to characterize antibodies and related formats within a growing biotherapeutics platform.

You will mentor junior scientists, collaborate across cross-functional teams, troubleshoot challenging assays, and ensure rigorous, data-driven decision making that aligns with program goals. This role offers opportunities to advance analytical capabilities and contribute to therapeutic design strategies.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 4+ years of relevant biopharma analytical experience, or MS with 7+ years.
• Hands-on experience in analytical method development (HPLC/UPLC, MS, CE, UV) across diverse antibody formats.
• Strong understanding of antibody structural formats and how format-specific architecture shapes analytical strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior scientists and fostering rigorous science.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead analytical development efforts, designing experiments to generate actionable results.
