Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL) in Richland, WA, is seeking an Analytical Operations Manager to direct the Hanford site's laboratory activities supporting environmental management and waste cleanup.

You will lead inorganic, organic, radiochemical, and materials science analyses, ensuring defensible results while maintaining safety and QA compliance. Strong management and technical leadership are essential in this regulated setting.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant scientific discipline required.
• Master's or doctorate preferred.
• 12+ years in analytical lab operations preferably with regulated services.
• 5+ years in managerial responsibility for lab operations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily and long-range analytical operations for Hanford site characterization and lab missions.
• Oversee inorganic, organic, radiochemical, and materials science analyses.
• Manage sample receipt, preparation, analysis, review, and reporting.
• Establish production priorities and ensure timely customer deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, and scheduling to meet production goals.
• Lead laboratory safety, QA programs, and regulatory compliance.
