ATL, a PSI company, is seeking a Hanford Laboratory Manager to lead the 222-S Laboratory. You will oversee executive leadership, contract performance, safety culture, environmental compliance, and technical operations to deliver accurate analytical services for environmental cleanup.

You will manage DOE interfaces, drive planning, budgeting, and workforce development, ensure regulatory readiness, and balance safety, mission needs, and costs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, nuclear science, physical sciences, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree in a technical discipline, engineering management, or business administration preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in nuclear facilities or regulated industrial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership, direction, and management oversight of the 222-S Laboratory contract.
• Serve as the contractor's principal management representative to DOE and other stakeholders.
• Establish priorities and performance expectations for analytical operations, facility operations, engineering, safety, quality, and business services.
• Direct execution of contract requirements, performance measures, deliverables, and corrective actions.
• Lead strategic planning, organizational development, resource allocation, and continuous performance improvement.
• Maintain accountability for contract cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
