Job summary

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, seeks a Hanford Analytical Operations Manager to lead the technical and operational management of environmental laboratory activities supporting the Hanford Site.

You will oversee inorganic, organic, radiochemical, and materials science analytics, ensuring results are defensible, accurate, and compliant with QA, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytical laboratory operations, including regulated services.
• 5+ years of managerial responsibility for lab operations or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supervising complex analytical workflows and quality programs.
• Experience managing throughput, instrumentation, and customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily and long-range analytical operations supporting Hanford Site missions.
• Oversee inorganic, organic, radiochemical, and materials science analyses.
• Manage sample receipt, preparation, analysis, review, and reporting processes.
• Establish production priorities and ensure timely customer deliverables.
• Coordinate throughput, resources, equipment, and scheduling.
• Lead laboratory safety, QA, and regulatory compliance activities.
