Job summary

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL), a PSI company, seeks an experienced Hanford Laboratory Manager to oversee the 222-S Laboratory.

The role leads executive management, safety culture, and regulatory compliance to deliver timely, cost-effective analytical services in a highly regulated environment. The position interfaces with DOE and other stakeholders, directing performance, safety, and quality programs while balancing mission needs, financial stewardship, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, nuclear science, physical sciences, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced degree in a technical discipline, engineering management, or business administration preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in nuclear facilities, national laboratories, or similarly complex regulated operations.
• 7+ years in senior management roles with multidisciplinary operations, budgets, and performance responsibilities.
• Experience managing relationships with federal clients, regulators, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Direct experience leading facilities/laboratories with safety, environmental, and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, direction, and management oversight of the 222-S Laboratory contract.
• Maintain relationships with DOE, Contracting Officer, and federal stakeholders.
• Direct contract performance, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Ensure operations meet nuclear safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
