Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological) or equivalent training.
• 60 semester hours including chemistry/biology coursework or equivalent.
• 4+ years of high complexity testing experience in a clinical lab.
• Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, CAP, CLIA, and state regulatory bodies.
• 1+ years of experience leading or directing people or projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with regulations and ensure safe lab practices.
• Develop schedules and assign personnel to tasks.
• Monitor quality control benchmarks to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Review SOPs and lead training and competency assessments.
