Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong scientific knowledge and technical expertise in chemistry and laboratory operations.
• Familiar with cGMPs, regulations, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing QC Lab team with strong coaching and feedback.
• Oversee lab operations, scheduling, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Review analytical data and support investigations and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards in daily activities.
