Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equity Research, focusing on the U.S. Banking/Financial sector.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and performing quantitative financial analysis.
• Knowledge of sophisticated finance and accounting concepts.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to adopt frontier technologies, including generative AI and automation, to improve research efficiency and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create research on a regular basis leveraging deep banking knowledge.
• Monitor and interpret major company developments; identify macro themes and trends.
• Manage earnings cycle including previews, reviews, and earnings models using live Bloomberg data.
• Publish thematic content and collaborative reports within the team and with global analysts.
• Engage with clients, industry professionals, investor relations, and senior management at target companies.
• Collaborate with Global Data teams to ensure data quality and completeness.
