Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience in Financial Services and/or data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key research management initiatives (surveys, broker votes, performance reporting).
• Collect, analyze, and report business data; develop dashboards, scorecards, and insights for decisions.
• Prepare and maintain executive-level presentations, reports, communications, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate governance activities and capture action items for follow-up.
• Partner with Research, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Technology, HR, Corporate Access, Communications, and offshore teams.
• Manage documentation, risk controls, approvals, and business records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support programs and projects including intern programs, workflow enhancements, and process improvements.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
