Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Executive Underwriting Priorities to support Caremark Underwriting leadership. This role analyzes pricing dynamics, forecasts outcomes, and coordinates with stakeholders to resolve time-sensitive questions.

You will build Excel-driven analyses, validate data lineage, and work with large datasets using SQL, all in a fast-paced, structured environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years of analytics/finance or related quantitative experience.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas and modeling.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL for data extraction as requested by stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc requests with clear readouts for leadership and partners.
• Diagnose changes in pricing and forecasting results, identifying key drivers.
• Collaborate with data teams, finance, and subject matter experts to validate results and data lineage.
• Build side analyses in Excel to validate assumptions and quantify impacts.
• Query data with SQL and validate inputs/outputs across projects.
• Document notes, assumptions and action items to improve repeatability.
