Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Executive Underwriting Priorities to support Caremark Underwriting leadership with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes research, validation, and synthesis of information to guide pricing decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze drivers of change in pricing and forecasting, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop reusable analyses and templates to improve reporting accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics/underwriting or related quantitative experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots).
• Relational databases and SQL concepts for data extraction and validation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ad hoc requests with analyses and clear readouts for leadership and partners.
• Diagnose changes in pricing and forecasting tools/models; identify key drivers.
• Collaborate with modeling, data, and finance teams to validate data lineage and interpretations.
• Build side analyses in Excel to validate assumptions and support decisions.
• Prepare meeting briefs and capture actions; represent leadership when needed.
• Identify ways to streamline recurring requests and improve output reliability.
