Job summary

Atrium is hiring a Senior Analyst, Unclaimed Property in Atlanta, GA, to join the Indirect Tax and Shared Services team. The role focuses on multi‑state compliance, data analysis, and process standardization within an evolving shared services environment.

You will work with SAP/SAP S/4HANA, coordinate audits, and collaborate with Tax, AP, AR, and Treasury to strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy. Hybrid schedule; target 3 onsite days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in unclaimed property, accounting, tax, compliance, or related financial discipline.
• Hands-on SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of unclaimed property reporting, due diligence, and liability identification.

Responsibilities

• Support annual unclaimed property compliance, reporting, and remittance activities across multiple states.
• Analyze financial data to identify potential unclaimed property liabilities and review aging reports.
• Coordinate due diligence notifications and maintain supporting documentation.
• Reconcile unclaimed property liabilities to GL accounts and financial records.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Accounting/Tax to resolve discrepancies and reduce compliance exposure.
