Atrium Staffing is partnering with a large, established global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Unclaimed Property Analyst to join its Finance & Accounting Shared Services team.

This role focuses on unclaimed property reporting, multi-state compliance, reconciliations, and financial analysis for a growing organization with opportunities to drive automation and process improvements. Hybrid onsite/remote schedule supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in unclaimed property, accounting, tax, compliance, or a related financial discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge of unclaimed property regulations, reporting requirements, due diligence, and liability identification.
• Experience performing account reconciliations, financial analysis, and researching outstanding balances.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and financial reports.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support unclaimed property reporting, compliance, and remittance activities across multiple states.
• Identify and analyze unclaimed property liabilities, including outstanding checks, credit balances, unapplied cash, and payroll-related items.
• Research outstanding balances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate due diligence notifications and ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and reporting deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Partner with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll teams to resolve outstanding items.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls.
• Work with third-party providers to ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting.

• Experience working within a large, global organization.
• Experience supporting audits, process improvements, or compliance transformation initiatives.
• CPA or another relevant professional certification.
