CRH plc, Americas Materials, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Unclaimed Property to support compliance activities across the organization. You will analyze financial data, identify liabilities, coordinate due diligence, and assist with multi-state reporting and audits.

This role collaborates with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve data accuracy, and reduce exposure.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in unclaimed property, accounting, tax, compliance, or related financial disciplines.
• Knowledge of unclaimed property laws, reporting requirements, due diligence processes, and liability identification.
• Experience with account reconciliations, financial analysis, and researching outstanding balances; multi-state reporting or audits preferred.
• CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and support annual unclaimed property reporting and remittance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Identify, analyze, and validate potential unclaimed property liabilities, including outstanding checks and unapplied cash.
• Coordinate required due diligence notifications and manage owner responses.
• Reconcile liabilities to supporting records and assist in audits and compliance reviews.
• Support process improvements, data quality initiatives, and standardization across Shared Services.
