Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years IT or business experience.

• Knowledge of domain areas and industry developments.
• Familiarity with XML/JSON and content creation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct interviews with internal and external clients.
• Understand client processes and business objectives using domain expertise.
• Investigate client cycles, gather requirements, and document projects per UAL IDF principles.
• Advise on business process improvements as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Lead projects with low to moderate risk and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Leads on requirements and deliverables.
• Engage with business administrators to align objectives.
• Plan, standardise, update and enforce processes for consistency and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and report issues promptly.
