Job summary

PLS is seeking an Operations Analyst to partner with our store network and ensure employees are educated and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role collaborates with Compliance, AML, HR, and Training to advance learning and control initiatives.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven reporting, and timely training to support a strong control environment across all stores.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in audit, banking, compliance, or similar fields.
• Understanding of internal controls and regulatory risk.
• Certification or experience in audit, risk or compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer regulations such as AML, BSA, OFAC, HR statutes a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly store operational assessments and examine procedures.
• Compile and send reports to District Managers and Store Managers.
• Partner with Compliance and AML to identify and improve store practices.
• Coordinate training to ensure timely completion of employee training requirements.
• Assist in governance reviews, audits and regulatory exam readiness.
• Visit store locations to provide coaching and support.
