Major League Soccer seeks a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards in New York to lead compensation analytics and program administration. You will analyze workforce data, run market reviews, and design Total Rewards solutions in collaboration with HR and business partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related field.
Experience supporting compensation or Total Rewards programs through analysis, administration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage recurring processes and projects independently and inform HR/business decisions in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance compensation and recognition programs within the company’s framework.
Conduct market pricing and compensation survey participation activities.
Develop data-supported recommendations for offers, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments.
Analyze outcomes and market trends to identify pay compression and competitive gaps.
Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, budgeting, and modeling.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights across total rewards metrics.
Support benefits and wellness programs with participation, cost trends, and renewals.
