Major League Soccer, L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation to provide analytical, operational, and project support across the Company’s Total Rewards programs, with a primary focus on compensation.

You will analyze workforce data, conduct market reviews, support program design and administration, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to advance competitive Total Rewards programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 5+ years of experience in compensation or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or similar.
Experience supporting compensation programs through analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to independently manage recurring processes and projects and influence HR/business decisions.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance compensation and recognition programs including job evaluation, leveling, and salary structures.
Conduct market pricing and compensation survey participation, benchmarking, data submission, and interpretation of results.
Develop data-supported recommendations for offers, promotions, market adjustments, and organizational changes.
Analyze compensation outcomes and market trends to identify pay compression, equity concerns, and competitive gaps.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leaders to support compensation decisions and annual cycles.
