Job summary

Major League Soccer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to analyze compensation and workforce data, support program design, and deliver data-driven recommendations. You will partner with HR and business leaders to advance competitive Total Rewards programs.

Role includes developing dashboards and reports across compensation, benefits, wellness, and workforce metrics; supporting audits and compliance; and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related field.
Experience supporting compensation or Total Rewards through analysis, administration, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance compensation and recognition programs, including job evaluation, leveling, salary structures and communications.
Conduct market pricing and benchmark matching; participate in data submission and analysis.
Develop data-supported offers, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments with internal equity in mind.
Analyze compensation outcomes and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and executive-ready insights across total rewards metrics.
