Supports application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements. **Job Duties*** Implement and monitor security policies, access controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.* Analyze system performance, optimize configurations, and resolve complex technical issues and escalations to maintain reliability.* Design and implement Windows Server infrastructure solutions, including managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services.* Oversee virtualization environments such as Hyper-V and VMware, and plan and execute system upgrades and migrations to ensure scalability.* Identify and implement process automation opportunities, develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for operational efficiency.* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts while collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.**Minimum Qualifications*** High School Diploma/GED* 5 years related work experience* Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.* Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced administration, as well as virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.* Experience with cloud integration (Azure AD, hybrid environments), patch management (WSUS), and backup/disaster recovery solutions.* Strong understanding of security hardening, endpoint protection, and performance monitoring tools such as PerfMon, SCOM, and SolarWinds.* Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs.**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**Physical Demands** Lift and carry 7 lbs., continuous sitting >67%, frequent keyboard use/repetitive motion, frequent fine motor activity/wrist position deviation.
