What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategic projects managed by the Chief of Staff or team leadership
- Develop comprehensive internal pitch materials, presentations, and scorecards to communicate project updates and strategic insights
- Conduct analyses using financial and other metrics to support presentations and strategic projects
- Manage internal processes, including team meetings, updates, and report collection and consolidation
- Improve existing processes for internal and external collaboration and information sharing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
- Basic understanding of the payer and provider ecosystem within healthcare
- Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Experience compiling presentations and distilling information for senior audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, and Medicaid programs
- Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
- Knowledge of value-based care and its financial implications
- Familiarity with the primary care value proposition
