- Manage internal processes including team meetings, updates, and report collection to improve collaboration and information sharing
- Prepare presentations tailored for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
- Basic understanding of the payer and provider ecosystem within healthcare
- Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Experience leading and managing internal and external meetings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, and Medicaid programs
- Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
- Familiarity with value-based care and its financial implications
- Understanding of the primary care value proposition
