Senior Analyst, Strategic Projects (Remote)

Aledade is seeking a Senior Analyst of Strategic Projects to support high-priority initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of strategic projects—including planning, tracking progress, and identifying roadblocks—as well as producing high-quality internal and external deliverables such as board presentations, pitch decks, and operational reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and will contribute market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. In addition to project and analytical work, this position will help improve team efficiency by refining internal processes and implementing tools and workflows that support payer contracting and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a cross-functional role with broad visibility and the opportunity to work closely with leaders across Aledade.

This will be a remote position from anywhere within the US, with the option to work from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.

Primary Duties:

1. Support strategic projects managed by the Chief of Staff or team leadership.
2. Develop comprehensive internal pitch materials, presentations, and scorecards to communicate project updates and insights. Prepare tailored presentations for senior leadership, including board materials and partnership proposals.
3. Develop analyses using financial and other metrics to support presentations, projects, and ad hoc work.
4. Manage internal processes, including meetings, updates, and report collection. Improve collaboration and information sharing processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
• Basic understanding of the healthcare payer & provider ecosystem
• Experience leading or managing meetings and calls
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs
• Experience creating presentations and distilling information for senior audiences

Preferred KSA's:

• Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, and Medicaid programs
• Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
• Knowledge of value-based care and its financial implications
• Understanding of primary care value proposition
