The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and will contribute market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. In addition to project and analytical work, this position will help improve team efficiency by refining internal processes and implementing tools and workflows that support payer contracting and cross-functional collaboration.

This will be a remote position from anywhere within the US, with the option to work from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.
Aledade is a public benefit corporation dedicated to empowering independent primary care. Founded in 2014, it has become the largest network of independent primary care in the US, helping practices deliver better care and thrive in value-based care. We create value-based contracts to improve continuity of care, align incentives, and reward primary care physicians for keeping patients healthy.
If you want to help create a healthcare system that benefits patients, practices, and society—while joining a collaborative, inclusive, remote-first culture—this is the place for you.
At Aledade, you will be part of a creative, passionate team committed to public health. We offer flexible schedules, remote work options, comprehensive benefits (including health insurance, PTO, parental leave, sabbaticals, education reimbursement, 401(k), stock options), and a diverse, inclusive environment.
We celebrate diversity and are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified candidates will be considered regardless of age, race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
