Job summary

Partner Forces is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to help lead FEMA task orders, standardizing operating procedures and strengthening stakeholder communications. You will work across programs with minimal oversight to build a common operational foundation and well-sequenced messaging.

The role emphasizes client-facing maturity, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high-quality artifacts while aligning with contract and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government or professional services program management experience.
• Experience delivering client-ready deliverables with limited supervision.
• Mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong risk anticipation and escalation to leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of process-mapping, SOP development, and documentation with minimal coaching.
• Review deliverables from junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop tools, templates, and methods to document processes and track progress.
• Facilitate client reviews and feedback sessions on SOPs and reports.
• Provide executive coordination support for high-stakes meetings.
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure compliance with timekeeping and policies.
