CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Senior Analyst, Sales Enablement. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement.

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clients. With flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service options, these solutions help build brand awareness, engage CVS consumers, and convert them into shoppers.

We need your expertise in Excel, data analysis, and reporting to manage sales forecasting, track performance, and generate actionable insights. Your ability to create analytical models, craft clear presentations for leadership, and utilize Salesforce and other tools will drive strategic improvements in sales efficiency and effectiveness. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for translating complex data into impactful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced Excel skills to update, manage, and build complex reports, pivot tables, supporting pipeline and forecasting workbooks.
2. Create analytical models to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and assess sales strategies.
3. Track and interpret sales data, generating actionable insights through strong data analysis and reporting skills.
4. Develop clear PowerPoint presentations to convey complex data and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
5. Leverage Salesforce and tools like Workfront, Placements IO, MediaRadar for data updates, collection, analysis, and reporting.
6. Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales teams using excellent communication skills.
7. Identify sales inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve performance using strong problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills with timely delivery.
• Team-oriented mentality and ability to collaborate in a fast-changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a retailer or media company familiar with the retail media environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years experience) required.

• Anticipated weekly hours: 40
• Time type: Full-time
• Pay range: $46,988 - $122,400, depending on experience, education, and location.
