Responsibilities

• Drive product convergence analysis across brands and lines of business; identify differences and recommend go-forward solutions.
• Own requirements development timelines; build and manage work plans across stakeholders.
• Support legacy book strategy by contributing to consolidation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Design and maintain cross-functional engagement structures aligning Product, Experience, and Technology teams.
• Document converged product requirements to power next-generation insurance platforms.
