Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, data science, or related field.
• Prior military service or relevant professional experience in finance, resource management, training operations or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis.
• Experience translating validated requirements into quantifiable resource needs.
• Experience with financial models, trend analyses, what-if scenarios, cost estimates, and funding needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven analysis of organizational and mission requirements, financial resources, priorities, and alternative actions.
• Act as analytical bridge between requirements management and financial management within PPBE framework.
• Identify trends and risks in complex operational, resource, and financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
